We have lived here for 2 years and are extremely pleased! The office staff is always polite and courteous and attentive to our needs. Rents are affordable and the property is kept clean. We believe in being respectful, courteous neighbors and all neighbors share the same sentiment!

We moved here back in April and absolutely love living here. It's quiet and peaceful, has a garage included. We have a large kitchen and living room. The best part would have to be the two full size bathrooms and laundry in the hallway. Definitely a great place to live.

Wisconsin's Best - West Ridge Apartments in Burlington!!! ***** Initially I dreaded relocating and moving from a house to an apartment, but after I visited West Ridge in Burlington over a year ago when I was in the process of trying to find a suitable apartment I was right away impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of Tina and Jeremy who patiently answered my questions and assisted with the paperwork. They made the transition go much smoother, and I haven’t regretted moving here. It's just a wonderful place to be, because your home makes such a difference. I would definitely recommend West Ridge Apartments in Burlington Wisconsin as the ideal option for anyone who is tired of the stress of home ownership, but still wants to enjoy all of the amenities of a home, along with peace and quiet in beautiful surroundings. It was also such a thoughtful surprise and really nice touch to be greeted by Tina, the manager, on the first day with a very practical “welcome to West Ridge tote bag” which included not only goodies from “Chocolate City” (Burlington) and other useful items, but also valuable information about the apartments and general area, such as stores, things to do etc. which is especially helpful for anyone relocating from another state or area. The apartments are spacious, clean, with large closets and attractive décor. Having your own washer and dryer in the unit is so convenient, not to mention having your own balcony or porch and attached garage, as well as a separate entrance for each tenant. The grounds are beautifully maintained in the Summer, and kept plowed and salted in the Winter. The entire complex is park-like and well designed, and the little pond with the waterfall is so relaxing and beautiful to look at, especially during these trying times. If any type of maintenance needs to be done, Tina and Jeremy always respond quickly and expertly. They are both courteous and responsive to questions, and keep tenants informed at all times. They are very professional and make a great team. I am also impressed by the safety standards of the apartments, such as fire and smoke alarms, which is not always the case in other places. Kudos to Tina and Jeremy for being an exceptional management team that truly makes a difference because they care about the residents and the place, and I hope they will remain here so that West Ridge can maintain its unique character that sets it apart from most other apartment complexes. Our first time living in an apartment and it far exceeds our expectations! The apartment is very spacious and has an attached garage with a private entrance which was a definite plus in helping us decide to live here. Also, the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained and very quiet which gives one the feeling of living in the country. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Tina in the office and Jeremy in maintenance are a well-oiled team. They both respond immediately to any questions or problems that might occur, and Jeremy can fix anything!! I would definitely recommend West Ridge Apartments to anyone looking for a place to call home.

We’re coming up to 4 years living here and we are very content. Maintenance that needs to be done is always addressed that day or the next day depending on urgency. We never have a problem getting through to Tina or maintenance. It has been a very pleasant experience living here these past few years.

I love being out in the country and was very happy to find this gem of a complex. Plenty of room and the vaulted ceiling makes it seem even bigger. It's so quiet it's difficult to guess it's an apartment with adjacent walls. It feels like a real HOME!

I've lived in one of the townhouses for over 15 years, enjoy my little yard, that I don't have to mow. Everything is taken care of shoveling, plowing, any repairs Jeremy is right there to fix or replace. Tina always gets back to me with any issues, which hasn't been many. Close to my work, shopping and bike trail. Neighbors are friendly and everything kept up neatly.

This place is perfect! It's a peaceful neighborhood and you can walk to Gooseberries. I love the feature of having a washer and dryer in my unit. The bedrooms are a decent size. It's a wonderful feeling being able to walk in to your home, instead of walking down a long hall like a typical apartment complex, as if you were staying in a hotel. There is a wonderful deck to sit out and enjoy. Tina and Jeremy are excellent in maintaining the grounds as well as speedy to respond to any interior concerns. Tina and Jeremy are extremely friendly and caring. It's such a welcoming feel. This is the best place I could have found!

What a lovely location and lovely community to find what you need in a rental. The amenities offered are exactly what I need. I love the attached garage to protect my vehicle in inclement weather as well as the in apartment laundry; two necessities that helped me narrow down the perfect place to live. The floor plan is spacious and the closets space is plentiful for storage not wanted in the garage. I am so pleased with the communication efforts of Tina and Jeremy to provide routine maintenance as well as respond to the need for an occasional repair. I am impressed by the scheduled upgrades that have occurred from painting balconies to landscape upgrades. It just speaks to the care invested in the property I call home. The snow removal has been nothing but a smooth and timely in the winter and the lawn maintenance is well cared for from Spring to Fall. I love that the location as its easy to access the bypass and walking distance to a grocery store. Equally, it's a lovely walk to downtown to enjoy the parks and restaurants of Burlington.

We love the private entrance, attached garage, and open floor plan. The building has great upkeep and the property manager is great about getting property updates and reminders to the residents.
