When we made the hard decision to downsize and give up our home, we looked at several facilities. We are truly glad we moved into West Ridge Apartments. The apartment not only has all the aspects we were looking for, but it feels like a home and not just an apartment, with the outside entrance to walk directly into our place and not walk down a hall to find it like a hotel. We enjoy the garage with all the space for storage and the huge walk-in closet in the master bedroom. We enjoy the open area between the kitchen, dining area, and living room so that when we do have company, no matter where they sit - living room couch, dining room table, or in the kitchen while getting the dinner on - we can all join in the conversation. But the best part of all with living here at West Ridge Apartments is the excellent and courteous service we receive from Tina and Jeremy. They not only are always friendly, but if there should be a problem, it is solved immediately. I am amazed at how professional and polite they can be when some residents show them no respect what so ever. We have adjusted to our downsizing because we feel like it's our home here.

I’ve been living here for 5 years now. I’m really impressed with how responsive Tina and Jeremy are if a problem arises. Love how soundproof the apartment is, and the lovely green spaces and pond. I willingly recommend West Ridge to friends. Two of my daughters lived here before they built their homes.

I've been here 3 years and couldn't be happier with my luck in being able to call this home! The management is exceptional with response and maintenance. The location is quiet, peaceful, near shopping, downtown and Lake Geneva! The value of the home is untouchable for surrounding areas.

During this time, there's no place I'd rather be, than "stuck" at home! I love my home, and have been here for over 6 years! I enjoy the quiet neighborhood sitting on my deck or lawn while working from home. I felt safer not having to go elsewhere to do laundry, since we have a washer and dryer in each apartment. There is a wonderful walking / bike trail just behind the apartment buildings. I also like the 24-hour maintenance aspect. I haven't had to use them often, but when I did they were extremely quick to respond.

We have only been here for a short time, but we love our apartment at West Ridge. The quiet, friendly community is a wonderful place to live. Our first interaction with Tina increased our desire to live in this community as she was warm, welcoming, and extremely knowledgeable about each complex. Highly recommend West Ridge to anyone looking!

I have lived here for a little over 2 years now and have had only positive experiences. Any maintenance issues/questions are addressed promptly, Tina always get back to me that day with any concerns I have called about, and the building upkeep is always maintained.

Absolutely love this property & the management!!! If you need something fixed, that day it will be done!! Super quiet and clean!! We plan on staying here for awhile!!! We love it here!!!

The apartments at Westridge are very nice and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and always kept up. I love the fact that I only have to take a few steps from my front door to my garage, especially in the winter. I have only had two minor maintenance issues and they were taken care of immediately. Even though there is a manufacturing area behind the building I live in, I never here any noise from it. I have lived here for over a year and highly recommend Westridge Apartments
