We have been here for a few months now, and we couldn't ask for more! Everyone is very friendly, and all landscaping is taken care of beautifully. The maintenance and front office staff are great to work with, and answer any questions you may have in a timely manner. I am very happy we chose West Ridge, and look forward to spending more years in this wonderful community!

I am especially very thankful to Jeremy as our Maintenance Manager, because when my place needs something taken care of he is at my door with helping hands! Tina also is very pleasant when I call with a problem and shortly after talking with her my problem is resolved. It was very hard for me when I first came to Burlington and leaving my home. My daughter and I checked several apartments but when we came to West Ridge I felt content as we were taken on a tour of the property which helped me choose my apartment that I now reside in. So now that I've lived here for two years. I can say that I feel like this is my home. I feel quite comfortable here and the things inside and outside my apartment are always taken care of. All in all I feel comfortable in my home. I've met a very nice friend here and best of all it is the ability to just drive my car into my garage and go right into my apartment. I would recommend West Ridge to others.

Enjoy the quietness and spaciousness of the apartments. Have lived here now 6 1/2 years and have never had a problem contacting the front office for things that need to be done. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Maintenance staff is quick to respond to requests for assistance. All the upgrades of the grounds have been FANTASTIC and well worth the wait. Keep up the great work West Ridge.

We have been here for about 3 years now. If it were not for the above average staff I don't think we would still be here. They have been treating us like family with a lot of major support in things we needed done. Thank you Tina and Jeremy for the help.

When people ask me what I like best I have to say my attached garage. How many apartments have attached garages? This is the first time I have ever had an attached garage and I love it. I also have to comment on the cleanness of the property. I know the rules are strict but it is because of the strict rules that everything is so nice and clean. Rules are made when people abuse a privilege. I would rather have the rules than all kinds of stuff all over.

We moved here just I year ago, after living in our home for 44 years. The transition has been extremely pleasant, and totally without remorse. The private entrance, private garage, friendly/efficient staff, beautifully designed units, considerate/friendly neighbors, and ideal grounds setting all contribute to our complete satisfaction in moving here. It is our home now.

Beautiful grounds and spacious apartments at a great price! I especially like the newly remodeled kitchen, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fans, in-unit washer and dryer, and private garage. Easily the nicest apartments in Burlington, and very affordable. Will definitely be staying here as long as I remain in the Burlington area.

I've lived here for almost 4 years now and am very happy with the location and my apartment. The maintenance staff is excellent. Any problem I might have is attended to promptly and efficiently. The manager of this property is also very responsive to any of my requests or questions. I am also impressed with the care given to the landscaping and outer appearance of the property in general, i.e. roads, garage doors, etc. I would recommend West Ridge to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe place to live.

I’ve been at West Ridge for about 18 months. It is a peaceful complex with a friendly staff. I often sleep in longer then normal due to how quiet the area is on the weekends. The individual garages are nice during the snowy Wisconsin winter and there is ample visitor parking. For the price and floor plan it is the best in Burlington.
